Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire project, providing guidance, reviewing outcomes, and ensuring all functions collaborate effectively to keep the project on track.
2. Coordinate site progress with consultants, clients, authorities, subcontractors focusing on company expectations and best interest.
3. Monitor and compare daily site progress with project estimates and review factors impacting target timeline. Facilitate process improvement and cost optimization.
4. Constant review on site drawing expecially when there are Engineer Instruction, (E.I.), Architect Instruction (A.I.) or Site Instruction (S.I.), compile and reflect in shop drawings
5. Ensure project completion on time, adhering to specified quality and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
6. Achieve total project completion and obtain the Certification of Practical Completion.
7. Raise RFI to consultant if any discrepancies arise on site
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in construction.
3. Successfully delivered 1-2 building projects from start to finish.
4. Have sufficient plumbing technical knowledge and project management capabilities.
5. Ability to identify and anticipate site and construction problems and implement workable solutions.
6. Ability to plan construction projects and prepare construction programs with the planning team.
7. Fair skill in using AUTOCAD to amend and prepare drawings
